Guide line, not exhaustive... You will have two ■ ... maybe not in your SS version. 1. Fourier symbolic is not saved in SS 6179. 2. The circular algo Φ complains but productive Φ(x):=Φ Not exhaustive of many more otherwise solving. Cheers ... Jean. Symbolic COMPENDIUM Appendix Copy.sm (245kb) downloaded 95 time(s). NOT humbling John, I have learned about Maple(length(,)) ... and more from your collaboration ! Now, I'm puzzled with big numbers of so much different length than displayed. I guess modern Pentium displays the best ULP. That would explain so much longer/shorter length ? Eventually, Continued Fraction can be so long not evaluate. May create "critical error"... Smath crash is pending. Critical error was not detrimental Mathcad 11 The last 5 pages long big number is disabled. Take care ... John, thanks for the long list of maple commands. Some special functions may be interesting. Mostly, we can reproduce the Mathcad equivalent, except: Float, some Substitute, Z, Fourier transform, Modifiers. Attached/Added Fibonacci, pi Cheers ... Jean. Hello John, This one Whittaker is under construction, one more day ? Smath does not save all Maple plot settings, in pink to reset. As it looks, Whittaker has no alternative than via maple itself. However, Smath is the perfect/profitable companion. I'm the guilty Mathsoft Collab for that one [2008]. Be good down under ... Jean. Here is some work on sets and lists, because there are quite a few functions that work with these things. lists and sets bits and pieces.sm (46kb) downloaded 15 time(s).also perhaps some more for the compendium Linalg_Exponential.sm (45kb) downloaded 20 time(s). Jean Page36 Maple John.sm (201kb) downloaded 28 time(s). Thanks for that Jean. More sunny weather this week end. (I like maple syrup the real thing). Something strange happens as i try to load up your file, the first 3/4 of page 1 loads up, then Smath shuts down. I tried your earlier Symbolic COMPENDIUM Big Number, and it was stable. So not sure what is going on.

A fair size sugar maple [50 cm diameter] produces 45 gallons of water after evaporation 1 gallon maple syrup. Accordingly to Grandmas: miraculous for boys as well for girls.
