Where is it possible to "translate" short cuts? They are not the same in different languages.

Well, when you have a Danish keyboard layout the shortcuts are different from the tips eg. boolean equal is ctrl++ .
Originally I was the one that began to translate Smath, but someone else took over. Back then it wa done filewise - I recieved a file, translated and mailed the file including the translations back. Since then it looks like a web interface has taken over, and in this interface I can't find any option to tranlate keywords, tips on shortcuts and units (yes some units have certain Danish names).
