There should be a way to insert subscript variables like there is in mathcad using the ".". I do a lot of presentation calcs and it looks much more professional with subscripts that intuitively show what variables are defining.

ah so I think that the left square bracket '[' will drop to subscript, but I still can't find a way to write superscript, or put a middle dot above variables to indicate rate flows.
