I guess that SMath does not like 0<x<1 and prefers (x>0)Λ(χ<1)

0<x<1 is false for any x>0, because (0<x) is true, which is equal to 1, and (0<x)<1 = 1<1 -> false. 0<x<10 is true for any x, because (0<x) is either true or false, which is equal to 1 or 0, and (0<x)<10 = (1|0)<10 -> true. |
