SMath is not a Mathcad clone and I do not believe it would ever be. SMath can only open rather simple Mathcad *.xmcd files and there is no Mathcad<->SMath converter or anything similar. He even presented it to his classroom of students, some of which were overjoyed to see it. Thank you for all that you do.

I still have to delete everything between the <textStyles>. Please let me know if you need anything else from me. I would be happy to send you a copy of one of the mathcad sheets that are causing the issue.

The new versions of Smathstudio not open xmcd files that older versions opened. thanks ST

Tried a cut and paste from mathcad but that just gives a picture of the text in smath. Any suggestion on how to get a better import?
