this simply animation (the same of Andrey video tutorial) doesn't work for me; 20 seconds of calculations and then... nothing! Can be related to the recent installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable 10.0.30319? (required by GNU Octave) here is the file: animation.zipEdited by user 23 April 2012 10:01:27(UTC)

Hello,
When using animation there is a dedicated variable "t" besides "x" and "y". Therefore, you should use "sin(x-t)" in your plot pointing by right click and choosing "tRange" with Animate option .
