Program panel seems messed up a bit in the last handheld's gui. Look at this screenshot taken on my htc touch dual(WM6)

Hmm, I think it is something with settings.inf file on your device. I did no changes to the GUI for Handheld version (except removing of the Graph related button from the Functions panel).
