Greetings, There is a way to exploit some of the Plugins to achieve your goal. Plugins are left to their own devices for the implementation of the IRegionForViewer Interface, some plugins do not support the SMath Viewer, others will not interface with the viewer unless all Errors have been addressed. With a little trial and error, I was able to abuse Davide Carpi's 「 Hyperlink Region」 Plugin. If you insert a hyperlink, you can uncheck the 「Display Input Data」 and enable the 「Show Description」 option from the hyperlink's context menu to create Text that can be viewed/printed, but not published to the Viewer: --- Another Plugin, Davide Carpi's 「 Conditionally Formatted Label」, allows you to 「Disable Evaluation」 from the context menu. This label can be viewed/printed, but is not published to the Viewer (NOTE: once disabled, the label will not update when you change the input text, You will have to update your input with the control enabled, and then disable it for EACH instance in order to achieve this result): --- ///////////////////// [EDIT START] \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ There is an option that does not require plugins (only applicable for (1) page): you can place those labels in the header. Just edit the header, type your label, select it, and use your keypad arrows to move it down and position it into your workspace.

| Reason: Included 3rd Option: place labels into the document header |
