Hi,

today I tried to use SMath as Data plotter.
Data file and sm file are found here.

When I created the file in SMath, everything seemed fine:
Kerbe1.sm
But then I saved the file and tried to re-open, which resulted in the following:
crash
SMath seems to have problems reading line 31 of the sm file:

<e type="operand" style="string"> </e>

This line defines the column delimiter character (space). When you replace the space by some other character, e.g. "s", then the file can be read and after manually replacing it by a Space character inside SMath it works.

I also noticed, that I was forced to use a non-empty value for the argument delimiter even if my file does not contain any symbolic smath expressions (as is indicated by the last zero argument. I propose to allow the user to specify an empty string and to use the current system setting as default.

Best regards, Martin Kraska
