This document, freshly brewed, is a recast of the Genfit Procedure. Now the fitted coefficients result from β:=Minimize(init,iter) 1. compose the model 2. assign the vector gradient 3. β:=Minimize(init,iter) ... done The 3 examples are 1/1 MCD 11 except that "iter" is not automated. By setting "iter" high enough that will worth automated. The setup is identical to MCD where Minerr is applied to SSE from the solve block Given/Minerr [CG, QN, LM options] Jean Genfit algo [init, iter] UFO Copy.sm (107kb) downloaded 41 time(s).
