What would be the reason of that? SMath is a freeware. I do not think it should be a "front end" to any commercial software.

Agree - it is quite interesting and useful (Wolphram alpha as well) but I still do not see any possible link between SMath and all those things, sorry.

I think that you refer something similar to this. It would be awsome, but I don't know if this is the focus of Smath...

I think that the idea is that SMath scripts can be interactive, or with an interactive GUI such as Mathematica8 and Sysquake examples

I think I see the point now. The interactivity of SMath with some additional controls or GUI's would be very welcome. Maybe Andrey has some similar ideas about that - we have just to wait and see.
