Figured I should share this with the community.

How often does it happen to you that the file you are working on needs to be restored to an earlier version? For any reason.

If often, one particular solution that works is using AutoVer in conjuction with, say 1TB hard drive. This little software will create versions of file for you when you modified, up to a certain maximum per hour.

Here is a set of starting settings that work for me:

Save backward version will be valid once Smath will no longer be "beta"
and best debugged. The 6179 statistical package is dead, the Gram-Schmidt
polynomial 'x' does not plot, toke me at least 24 solid hours to doctor
Legendre [just posted minutes ago] +++ all the plugins involved.

Saving Mathcad 11 <= 2001i <= 2000 <= 8 <= 7 was no problem because
Mathcad 11 was essentially 7. Given find, Radau, grid color, less
Given/Find 250 [7], 399[11], 2011i indexed as variabe ...

My compendium 11 especially done for PTC, done from my all times virgin machine
did crash repeatedly PTC Mathcad 14 at PTC home. Vice versa, PTC 14 saved 11 did
open two ways: either crash my 11 or plot rain like a grave yard of flies legs.
