Use include() function. Learn more from Reference Book.

To be ensure new users not getting confused by Jean's immorally promoted and irrelevant samples; Question was calculating and getting result from another worksheet. Not writing results into file getting them in same sheet. Here is an example how include() can be used. Regards include_main.sm (4kb) downloaded 15 time(s). include_sub.sm (3kb) downloaded 13 time(s).

SMath studio has the built-in functions rfile() and wfile() which are used to store and retrieve expressions to/from the file system. These native functions don't provide control as to where the files are stored (if I recall correctly, it is the settings directory (install directory if using a portable version). Yet the Mathcad toolbox plugin provides extended functions with path control, e.g. you can enforce storage at the document directory. wfile.sm (4kb) downloaded 8 time(s). |

Jean, stop messing people's topics. Post this not-related replies to samples.
