Dividing energy by temperature results in three different outputs, depending on how the units are divided:
  1. "Units don't match" error
  2. Inconsistent/incorrect units displayed
  3. No problem or error


When using units as you normally would, the following results:



A workaround for this is to simply add a coefficient to the temperature units as shown below:



This workaround is NOT required when using absolute temperature units, nor when the units are stored separately in variables:



However, specifying output units causes problems. When specifying units with relative temperature, again the "Units don't match" error appears:



And when the output units are specified with an absolute temperature, the temperature units aren't properly reconciled, which produces odd behaviour, and a similarly poor outcome results from using the workaround above to specify the output units:



I hope this provides enough detail to reproduce the issue accurately.

There is no bug, a common mistake for new users.
One should use Δ°C or Δ°F for that kind of calculations.
We all know it is confusing, but it is what it is.
