Hi, is there any way to create mindmaps inside Smath, or to link specific to smath items (graphs, matrices, ...) from other files?
I know i can link to mindmap files, but i think it's more useful and coherent to link mindmap topics to Smath items.
Otherwise that would be an idea for a plugin.

There isn't any baked solution but if the data file is stored in json data format, an idea might be to use the script region to read/write the data and the modeler region to manage the graphs.
If you like my plugins consider to support SMath Studio buying a plan; to offer me a coffee: paypal.me/dcprojects

Thanks Davide, but I don't get a taste for the Modeller plugin. If possible I'd prefer to use a wrapper plugin for Activex objects, and embed a Graphviz, or Freemind, Activex plugin into Smath. Is that possible? (wrapping ActiveX objects). I could not find a full developer's reference, so i do not know how a "graphical plugin" is created. And I'm not a developer, but I know you are.

Greetings,

For what it may be worth, I did try to research/develop a wrapping an ActiveX object into SMath and I was not successful. While I am inexperienced in creating a wrapper, I think the main reason I was unsuccessful was due to ActiveX being phased out.

For me, it makes more sense to recreate the controls I want from scratch, then to figure out how to successfully wrap controls that Microsoft does not want users to use.

With at being said, if anybody was able to figure out how to support ActiveX objects within a Region, I would still be interested; its just that I'm giving up on this endeavor.

Do you have a 4 year old logic?

You saw word tree in definition of mindmap.
Then your twisted mind worked this way;
Mindmaps can have tree structure, trees are fractal in nature.
Mindmaps are fractal.

I am not speaking about diagrams.
"Your" logic is ill, it is deluded.
