Hello.
Help me please!
How to find the intersection of two matrices. Sorry if I said wrong. An example is attached, a graph is built in it. The graph shows that there are two intersections. How do I find the intersection coordinates.
I have such a task. I need to get the third matrix, which begins as matrix (a), and after the intersection is constructed as matrix ( b ). Maybe someone knows the finished function. The matrices that we use in the problem always have two columns and a different number of rows. In the form of a matrix, we digitize graphs so that we can work with them.

Marco Bernacca had posted this solution to your problem. I can't find the discussion in the forum; the file I attach may not be exactly the same as the original

As I read, the project is not of measuring the XY coordinates
where a pile of planks do cross.
The matrices that we use in the problem always have two columns and a different number of rows.
The given example is from Mathsoft in the mathematical sense
rather than Cartesian visual interpretation.
You may read more from the web.

and pair wise all cows will all collide.
The linterp does your digitizing project.

PompelmoTell,This is just a great calculation. I never thought that finding intersection points was such a difficult task. I was preparing for something simple. Thank you so much, for I came up with my own method, which is many times simpler and only suits my types of graphs, when the construction goes from top to bottom, from left to right.

ndtma, Here I also expected such decision. When I saw him I really liked him. But for some reason, he didn’t want to work with my matrices.(

Jean Giraud, Sorry, I did not understand your calculation. The calculation is very complicated and at the end does not show the result

1. NDTMA is OK for what you gave. You didn't give any matrix.
Is the matrix a surface plot ? To intersect with another surface plot
or a plane or straight line, curved line
2. The attached is Marco's original ... looks like Pompelmo.
Takes over 20 min in my box !!!
3. Forget my colliding points, surely not what you are looking for.
If your matrix represent an Engineering surface of weird looking,
we can spline/populate and intersect with a plane crossing.
So, at this point: we are not yet in 1rst gear, no engine started.
... the matrix then what.
