Hmm, I just re-tested on my home PC, freshly booted, same problem. appVersion(3) = "0.99.7030" not .7219 <- Could this be the difference? Edited by user 15 October 2019 19:07:28(UTC)

I can confirm this hangs on 7030. I was running 7219 before and did not have an issue. My guess is this should be fixed in next stable release and already seems to be fixed in Beta releases. The question is whether or not the "fix" is intentional or not. |

There are no maths associated with ! angle was originally used as such, but I modified it as a troubleshooting step, with no change to the bug's behavior loss := loss + I2ttot(sin(angle*deg)*Ipk)

What error do you get? Maxima works fine on my end. May need to update the plugin. |

^ Doesn't installing Maxima require running Update16.sm which will then upgrade it to .7030? EDIT: I was able to get Maxima running with .7219. Edited by user 17 October 2019 16:15:03(UTC)

Not sure? Maybe Martin can answer. I already had maxima setup on a previous version. I simply updated to 7219 and Maxima came along for the ride. |
