Special functions is too large a word: anything that does something
wrt maths is a special function [Floor, Ceil, round, abs ...]
You can have lot more functions from already developed for purpose.
Gamma(x) 15 D, Si, Ei, Li, Polylog, Polygamma, Dawson, Whittaker,
plenty poly orthogonal, plenty distributions ... Airy CoC
Essential Fourier, Bessel from the f(x) menu
Already quite a few distributions from f(x) menu.
Better than plugin is a collection in work sheet.
that you can call via the command "include".
What's your wish list ...

Hi Britt. Actually SpecialFunctions isn't an "external" plugin, it was, but not any more. From an old SMath update:

"New functions added to the SpecialFunctions built-in plugin: importData(..), str2num(), num2str(), concat(..), findstr(.), substr(.), substr(..), strrep(..), strlen(), IsString() and error();"

So, it have some useful function, but not the usual math "SpecialFunctions". You can found them at other numerical plugins, like:

https://en.smath.com/for...tst1775_AlgLib-3-1x.aspx
https://en.smath.com/for...tst1918_DotNumerics.aspx
https://en.smath.com/for...Cephes-Math-Library.aspx

but this list ins't complete.

Best regards.
Alvaro.
