If you can find a PT100 measuring bridge of lab quality, This Smath document will return °C from measured Ω. On the other hand, if you have a decent scientific calculator, plug/code the three functions. If your Pt100 lab bridge is transportable in the jungle ... you will have plenty °C in hand. Web search is pure waste of time. The only valid item is the eit90 from the BIPM [Bureau International des Poids et Mesures]. A long lecture necessary to understand that final calculator.
