Hello, I'm searching for some function like match(z, A)(Looks in a vector or matrix, A, for a given value, z, and returns the index (indices) of its positions in A) in Mathcad. I will appreciate any kind of help.

Hello and welcome , There is no such function in the function list. Therefore, we could make a user defined one. I hope this will get the job done. Open in SMath CloudRegards, Radovan Edited by user 23 November 2011 00:40:15(UTC)

findrows has limited use unless for specific end use wrt Bolean '0' For long square/rectangular matrix, better use the assisted code.
