Long word short, you can;

- Change optimization of region
- Vectorize() if it is possible
- Use eval() for some formulas
- Re-code your algorithm

Sometimes you can't improve speed.
Even you did everything right.
If speed is crucial for you on iterations;
Use another software, preferably opensource.
