It's possible with XY Plot plugin  FilledArea.sm (16kb) downloaded 30 time(s).

The idea was setting a color for the interior of a Area Region, not for a XY Plot Region. But thanks, Renzorex!

Hi. Agree, it could be a very nice feature. Just like books with different background color for text, samples, problems and case studies.  ColorizedArea.sm (6kb) downloaded 24 time(s).Best regards. Alvaro.
