This machine is Kubuntu 17.10 64 bit, and it ran SMath 0.98.6484 fine. $ mono --version Mono JIT compiler version 4.6.2 (Debian 4.6.2.7+dfsg-1ubuntu1) Copyright (C) 2002-2014 Novell, Inc, Xamarin Inc and Contributors. www.mono-project.com TLS: __thread SIGSEGV: altstack Notifications: epoll Architecture: amd64 Disabled: none Misc: softdebug LLVM: supported, not enabled. GC: sgen Deleting folder ./config/SMath doesn't make any difference. SMathError20180103.txt (9kb) downloaded 15 time(s).

SMath asked for some plugins, and these installed ok, but maybe some more are needed? How do I find out which ones are required?
