Drilling a square hole (Cross section of the drill is Reuleaux triangle)
Reuleaux triangle is rotated around its center of gravity, and the center of gravity
moves around the center openings.

Drilling accurate (without rounding) square hole

The disc in the form of a modified Reuleaux triangle
moves inside a square frame . A drill (green dot in the center
of the yellow circle) makes an exact square hole.

Square-Hole Drill (continued)
Using the coupling Oldham to convert the rotational motion
of the drive shaft to move the tool to the square trajectory.
